Hourly rate available for weddings with less than 50. guests

 

Weddings:

 A 20% deposit non-refundable will secure your date, after that you are able to make payment plan if you would like or pay the rest in full 3 weeks before the wedding. Please let us know if you have any questions,

Event:

Hourly or Micro wedding: 

Micro wedding of under 20 guests for less than 4 hours please call for pricing

$750 an hour maximum 6 hours (including set and decorating time) and up to 75 guest 

$850 an hour for  6 hours (including set and decorating time) . 75 to 150 guests

All other events: Parties, Celebration of Life, Graduations etc

$750 an hour for under 100 guest,

$850 for a guest count of 101 to 150,

$900 for a guest count of 151 to 200

$400 for decorating and Vendor arrival

What is included: Venue and gardens, tables, chairs, setup/ teardown, cleanup, staff on hand, decor that we have available, garbage removal, microphone, projector, furniture. cedar rounds, easels, staff on hand, flowers that are available, vases, etc
